In a small bowl, mix the oil with the harissa, paprika and honey and grease the pieces of meat with the mixture obtained. Transfer to a suitable oven tray. Cut the orange in half and place it next to the meat with the cut side up. Cook on the middle shelf of the preheated oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, drain the chickpeas and rinse under running cold water. Cut the julienne onion and add it over the chickpeas, together with the crushed cheese and the raisins.
Separately, mix the crushed garlic with the oil, vinegar and ripe orange juice. Add most of the dressing over the salad and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the steak with chickpea salad sprinkled with the remaining dressing and sprinkled with mint leaves.
